they do have a swimming pool in it. play area for children is also included. moreover, other facilities like a very beautiful garden, club house, etc are there. You can also find some good facilities like 24 hours power backup, security, intercom, and rain water harvesting. I do like the structure of the project also. But one thing, they do not provide a 1 bhk or 4 bhk. must have been that also.

loans are very easy to get if you are planning to buy this apartment. One friend of mine, who is working in a bank happened to tell me that this project has approvals from various banks like corporation bank, hdfc bank, axis bank, state bank of india, federal bank as well as other leading banks. heard that they have a DTCP approval too.

hey, i dont think its a very spacious apartment though, right? But the rate of the apartments are not so big, so not an issue. they are giving this apartment at a rate of 3500 rupees per square feet actually for both the apartments.

buddy, the apartment project called Saffrons bougain villa no? i have a friend who told me about this. They have around five floors and is divided into four blocks. The builder is obviously saffron shelters. I think the apartment project will be completed by around april 2016.

Hey Revathy, I got the information that the saffron bougain apartment has two types of units - two bedroom and three bedroom apartment. Two bedroom apartment is around 940 square feet, and 1100 square feet. Three bedroom apartments are available in an area of 1530 sq. ft.
