Hey, i came to know about the price of the apartments in this project. the two bhk apartment starts from 41.99 lakh rupees onwards till 42.88 lakh rupees. For the 3 bhk, the price of the apartment is fixed at 54.47 lakh rupees.

Dale, this Vamanas Athulya apartments no, they have a pretty spacious two and three bedroom apartments, you know, the area of the two bhk starts from 1128 square foot. There is also one more size available for the 2 bhk, it is 1152 square foot. for 3 bhk they have just one size apartments. this has an area of 1635 square feet.

This project is actually under construction. The project authorities are saying that this apartment project will be available for possession from december 2015 onwards. they have two types of apartments, 2 bhk and 3 bhk. the fixed rate of the apartments, both 2 bhk and 3 bhk is Rs. 3700 per square feet.

if you are asking me, then i have heard a lot about this project called Vamanas Athulya too. i too would have got an apartment there if i had an opportunity. They have good facilities that they provide. Some of them i can recollect are a good security service, a fully equiped gymnasium, a club house, intercom facility and a community hall.
