oh..that's good luxury.. if i had an opportunity, i would have bought an apartment there. this project Ramky One Paradize provides good amenities like swimming pool, play area for the children, garden, club house, security, rain water harvesting, gymnasium and many other facilities for the residents there.

the builder who is undertaking this project is Ramky Estates & Farms ltd. I think the project has not finalized when it is going to be on sale as the primary work is going to start only. They are planning to build the apartments, mostly 2 bhks and 3 bhks in an area of 1002 sq. ft and 1506 sq. ft.

For the exact location of the Ramky One Paradise which is presently under construction, it is located in Gajularamaram Road in Kukatpally, in a residential locality only. They have four blocks and each apartment has 10 floors each. There are around 540 apartments coming up in this apartment.
