Aluva is an amazing locality which is on the edge of the peiyar river and it is very beautiful. also this project has good connectivity with the rest of the city.. The Ernakulam Railway Station is around 7 km from here and the International Airport is 14 km from here

Yes, Aluva is a good place to live in, and it also has a growing real estate market with many residential and commercial places coming up all over. There are also many schools in the vicinity like Jyothi Nivas School, st Philimena and Peace international high school.

This project has 3 and 4 bhk flats for sale, with an area covering around 2000 sq ft to 2900 sq ft. Pretty spacious apartments.. but i dont think they have mentioned the price anywhere.. BUt the average price in Aluva at the moment is around 3100 per sq ft, so I think the apartments will come for around 60 lakhs or so.

Hey this is a nice project started by the Shwas group who have made other similar residential projects in and around kochi, they are pretty reliable, apart from that... this project offers a lot of facilities like wifi, a cycling and jogging track, a swimming pool and manual security throught out the day
