Hey, ishta consists of 80 apartments in a gated community. One of the highlights of this project is the swimming pool here. They have also other facilities like walking trail, gym and meditation spaces for health and fitness, a kids friendly zone that comprises of children's play area and game room. They also have a coffee shop and a saloon there.

Ishta in Appa Junction provides 2 and 3 bhk. They are not yet constructed completely though. You can see the huge building under construction from the roadside. they will be likely to provide the apartments for possession on december 2016.

Hey, it is constructed by Ridgefield and Giridhari homes. they are providing two types of apartments, you know, these are 2 bhks and 3 bhks. for 2 bhk, the area of this is 940 square feet. and another 2 bhk is 1140 square feet. The area of the 3 bhk is 1455 square feet. these start at 25 lakhs i think including all the facilities etc.
