Hi, while searching for informatin online, i came across an article which said that officials in the Kochi Corporation gave consent for illegal construction even after they became aware of the fact that the project will lead to encroachment of backwaters. In my opinion both DLF and the corporation officials are responsible.
Hi, i read in the newpaper that DLF will be moving an appeal in the high court, after they get the full verdict. They assured the people that had already purchased flats in the project, that in necessary ,all their money, would be returned to them.
I heard about the court order on the news yesterday. It is a big blow for DLF who have been accused of construction without CRZ clearance, and also irregulariies in granting sanction to construct the 21-storeyed building. Lapses were also found on Kerela State Environmental Impact Assessent's part.
Hey, i saw in the news that the court had ordered Kochi Municipal Corporation the demolition of some parts of the project. Also the court ordered the cancellation of the building permit issued by KMC to DLF in 2007. All further construction was also demanded to be stopped.
Hello there, i hope you didn't buy a flat in the project since the court has ordered the demolition of certain sections of the project. Most of the flats in the project were already sold, but no possession had talen place because of the legal issues. Fingers crossed for you.
Hi! Didn't you hear? The Kochi High Court passed an order to demolish certain portions of the project which were constructed in violation of the Coastal Regulations Zone rules. The order came after a complaint was filed by E V Anthony, a neighboring resident.
