The NICE ring road project, which was started to improve connectivity between Bengaluru and Mysore, ironically never reached Mysore City. An important link road connecting Tumkur, Mysore, Magadi, and Hosur Roads, is ready. The road connecting this link road with Mysore SH 17 was not able to finish due to the dispute, which is thankfully resolved now.
Hi, well yes, the court ordered the continuation of the project and also assured the private parties that their buildings won't be damaged or destroyed in any way. Keeping in mind the interest of the public, being troubled by the non-completion of the project, the court ordered rapid completion of the project.
Hello, yes the issue has finally received some positive developments. The dispute over the 300 feet stretch of land was preventing the completion of the NICE ring road connecting Bengalure to Mysore. After the court's order i am expecting the project to finish up quickly and increase the traveller's convenience.
Hey there, the actual problem with this entire project was an disagreement between 5 private parties, who owned the 300 feet strech of land , and Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board. The private parties were concerned about their buildings being destroyed in the construction of the road. The court dismissed their plea and asked the project developers to continue.
Hey, well good news for you, the high court has passed a judgement in favour of NICE (Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprises), which can now complete the work on connecting the link load with the Mysore state highway, and thus improve connectivity between the cities.
