The worst place to live in Hyderabad. No power, no road, people are not good. Better to find some other good place to invest.

The real estate market price in Pragathi Nagar was around 2,600 rupees at the beginning of 2014 but it has come down slightly now. Now it is around 2,300. The market in this area keeps undergoing chages all the time at you beter invest in here when the price goes a little bit more down.

But the garbage disposal and the sewage problem are persistant in Pragathi Nagar. The residents also compllain about the increasing traffic and the problem it causes every morning. The pending flyovers and the metro constructions cause disruptions. There is also a very huge water scarcity problem because this region is densely populated.

Hii, the Hyderabad Metro Rail Project has been started recently and the Metro rail is coming up near the Kukatpally area. So Im sure that all the areas that falla long this project will see a lot more development in the future.

yeah! And apart from that, Pragathi Nagar is also close to the National Highway Mumbai Highway 9 and the Nizampet x road, which is why the real estate market in here will see a rapid change too! It is a good place to invest in also right now,

Or else you can rent an apartment here. The price is pretty okay. I think that the rental price falls around rs 8 per sq ft for apartments and for a month, it is close to 9,000 or 10,000 rupees. For independent houses, the rent is close to 12,000 rupees.

In case you are looking for a plce to stay there are some apartments and villa projects that are coming up in here like Gemini Lake castle, Sankalp City, Sadguru Jaya Chandra Residency, Gemini Pinnacle and Anil Ari Vishnu Grande vista. You can check these places out over the internet and see once.

Hey! The Average price in Pragathi Nagar now for apartments is at 2,300 or so. And for residential plots, it is around 2,000 rupees. I think you can get a decent 2 bhk apartment here for 35 lakhs or so.

The connectivity of Pragathi Nagar is also pretty good. There are some major bus stops located at intervals that have the TSRTC bus fcaility. These buses will take you to many of the other parts of the cities. And the Miyapur MMTS Railway Station is also only 4 km away.

Pragathi Nagar has seen recent deveopment and right now the area is about to see some more development. In terms of living, it is one of the most famous residential localities around Kukatpally and it is very calm and quiet.

Hey Pragathi nagar also has many good schools near it like Pragathi Vidyaniketha, Samskruthi Vidyalaya and Montessory High School, And Medha talent School. You have good medical facilities too in People's hospital and Pegasus Health care and Sri Sri holistic hospitals.

Pragathi Nagar is a residential colony near the Kukatpally area in Hyderabad It has recently ben discoverd as a good residential locality and since then, there hve been a lot of people who have opted to live in here. You can ive comfortably here as it is properly developed and has all the required things.
