As far as project connectivity is concerned Bavdhan is well connected to Paud Road, Aundh, Baner, Kothrud, University Square, Sus village and Pashan through roadways. The Hinjewadi IT Park is just a 20-minute drive from Bavdhan. A 36-meter wide DP road has also been proposed in the area. Bavdhan road serves as the main approach road from Mumbai-Pune Expressway and is within close proximity to Chandni Chowk. Via Paud Road, Bavdhan is approximately a 15-minute drive from Nal Stop and University Circle. Kothrud is about 65 minutes away from Bavdhan and just 10 minutes away from Pashan.

It is located just off the Mumbai-Bangalore National highway and is bordered by Pune University in the east, Sus Village in the west and Baner in the North. It easily accessible to the Western Bypass Highway, Mumbai- Pune Expressway, NDA and Paud Road and is situated in the centre of Aundh and Kothrud. It is the only well-developed locality near Hinjewadi IT hub and was known to be the official address of many government organisations.
