Owners and people interested in buying ..
I read a thread on magicbricks saying this project is fraud .. had any negative experience in dealing with Laasya poperties ?
There is a high tension line ..a lake behind . and also do they have A khata as mentioned and this is funded by banks ? PLease reply as I have finalized a small plot in this layout ..

Where exactly is the project located???? The price seems to be on the higher side. Tell me about the facilities there? Will there be swimming pool, club house etc in this project.

The refreshingly beautiful layout is situated just behind Wipro, just 1 km from Ajmera Housing. The project is close to Electronic City and 5 Kms from Silk Board and Madivala and 10 minutes drive from Sarjapur Road.

I think they are only providing basic amenities... I do not think club house or swimming poll is there in this project.

Hi,
Most of the physicists find it unbelievable that power-line electromagnetic fields could pose a danger to health, dozens of epidemiologic studies have reported weak positive associations between proximity to high-voltage power lines and the risk of cancer.

So, no construction can come up below high tension wires. The officials are following proper procedure in denying the electricity connection.
