Healthcare wise there isnt enough here, other than the Rani Nursing Home, here in Muthusamy Colony in Telungupalayam. Actually I think the locality has potential for growth because of the enormous stretches of unused land that holds a lot of prospects, but if you buy here then you should be ready to make a long term investment, because this growth will take some time

Currently the proeprty chart of telungupalayam is dominated almost entirely by the apartments and flats. In fact it makes up almost 85% of the total residential proeprties available here. in comparison to these, the individual houses are only a very small minority

The apartments are most popular here. And they are available at an average price rate of Rs 2900 per square ft. You can definitely check out the Crescent Square project here, It just got completed I think, or will get completed very soon.

Since this place is near to all those towns like Annur, Avinashi and Mettupalayam, I think that has added to its property value. Even since the sity is expanding due to excessive population, these outskirts regions are seeing effects of that growth and development. People are prefering regions like Telungupalayam where the property value is less and also has pleasant atmosphere

Like the Government Elementary School, Thottianur Elementary School, TSA Government High School, GRG Polytechnic College, Gandhiji Government Higher Secondary School, Suguna Spark Business School, The Indian Public School, SNS College of Engineering, Info Institute of Engineering Sarkarsamakulam, PPG Institute Of Technology

Telungupalayam has a government hospital named Telungupalayam Hospital, which is the major source of medical facilities for several people living in nearby places. The government supplies medicines free of cost for the patients in this Hospital. Even though it is a government hospital, it is well equipped and has many specialized doctors.

This place is mainly connected by the means of road transportation. There are many public transportation Buses available from the towns like Annur, Avinashi and Mettupalayam that travel frequently to the Coimbatore city through Telungupalayam. The Periyanaickenpalayam Railway Station is nearest to this place, at a distance of approximately 15 kms.

I wanna tell you that Telungupalayam is a small town place under the administration of Coimbatore District and it is located at a distance of 25 kms from the District main city Coimbatore. All these places like Annur, Veerapandi, Narasimhanaicken Palayam, Saravanampatti, M. G. Pudur, Somanur, Karunmathampatti and Avinashi Road surround it.
