As of now the property market here hasnt grown much. In fact there are two upcoming villa projects - Malai Marungil and Dakshin Village. The former will be available from July 2017 and the latter is yet to be launched. Both provide usual 3 and 4 bhk villas. Once these hit the market no, Im sure the development here will pick up its pace.

Hey not just 3 and 4bhks, Ive heard that Dakshin Village is offering 2bhk villas as well. The Malai Mrungil villas are being constructed by the builders called Vruksham Ventures, and thes villas are all priced within the range of Rs 1.35 cr to Rs 2.31 crs.

The locality is not so completely barren as you might be thinking. There is a branch of the Indian Overseas Bank, that handles the financial accounts of most of the residents of this place. An HDFC bank is also present a little on down the SH67 towards Coimbatore. Also the Padmavathi hospital present here is the primary source of emergency treatments and healthcare in the region

The place lacks schools and colleges. Although one Gem Karate Club is here. Anyway for schools, you can head towards Thondamuthur via the Thondamuthur- Madampatti road, or even go towards the south, to Sennanur for schools like the Sennanur government school.

Ok not just the SH 67, also this other road - the Thondamuthur- Madampatti road runs in a north south direction through this locality. This road actually is an important connector between this place and the adjoining neighbourhood of Thondamuthur.

Actually this place is pretty ideal for families and retirees, as it has this calm and quiet suburban quality. 100% Coimbatore climate experience. Bus routes to Gandipuram, Perur, Singanallur, Ukkadam, Kovai Kutrallam falls, Thondamuthur, Uppilipalayam, ESI and Chitra are there, so yeah pretty well connected I must say.

Well it is well connected, seeing how the State highway 67 passes right though the norther part of this locality. That highway is one of the major modes of contact with Coimbatore, as it leads straight to the heart of the city.

Ok so this place is a bit removed from the city. Lies in the western extremities of Coimbatore, it has the SH67 passing though it which is the most vital route of contact for this place. its a small locality, but quite sufficient in all the amenities and facilities required for regular living
