Latest Answer: As of now the property market here hasnt grown much. In fact there are two upcoming villa projects - Malai Marungil and Dakshin Village. The former will be available from July 2017 and the latter is yet to be launched. Both provide usual 3 and 4 bhk villas. Once these hit the market no, Im sure the development here will pick up its pace.
