Some of their ongoing projects are Star Woods, Tathavade, Wakad and Lake Wood Ambegaon.

Atharva Luxury Row Houses are the only completed project in Pune.

Spring Woods-Hinjewadi and Sant Nagari-Aalandi are their upcoming projects in Pune.
