Yeah, I have come across some floor plans of these aopartments and i must say, they look really well designed and are spacious. They are also offering semi furnished houses, SO i think it is a good idea to take up a place here.

In case you want to take up loans for this apartment, this project has a lot of approvals from various leading banks like HDFC Finance bank, LIC Housing Finance an ICICI Bank. This will make it easier too. Apart from the bank approvals, this project has the GHMC approval too, so that there are no legal issues in the future.

Yeah! And this project is right between the Metro Corridors of the Hyderabad Metro Rail Project, which i am sure will increase the real estate prices in here. Investing in here at the moment will get you a lot of profits in the future.

The L B Nagar area is a very good locality to live in too. You have many schools in there like Indu International Schoo, Akshaya International School, English Union high school and the Little Flower High School. Many good medical facilities are also available where these apartments are coming up like Kamineni Hospitals, SUpraja hospitals and OMNI Hospitals.

Oh, that comes to around 2700 rupees per sq ft right? That is the present market price for apartments in L B Nagar right now, around 2700 rs per sq ft to 2800 rs per sq ft, and these apartments seem pretty spacious. So I think iit is quite good.

I have heard about this project too. I think the present price of these apartments is around 31 lakhs for the 2 bhk apartments. and the 3 bhk apartments are around 42 lakhs rupees and the 4 bhk premium plans are of around 60 lakhs rupees.

Hey this project offers a lot of choice. The built up size of the 2 bhk apartments in here starts from around 1180 sq ft and the 3 bhk apartments are around 1500 sq ft to 2100 sq ft. and the 4 bhk flats are around 2200 sq ft or so.

Hey the Orange Tangrilla homes is an upcoming project in the L B Nagar area which has like 5 floors and it has 3 blocks. They have a ot of units for sale in 2 bhk, 3 bhk and 4 bhk apartments. And they have around some 1000 to 500 units for sale. I think you will easily get a home here.
