See L B Nagar is about to see a lot of development as the Hyderabad Metro Rail is comming up in here and also, there is a proposed express corridor coming up in here. L B Nagar is also close to the n ext IT hub in Hyderabad, so i think it makes sense to invest in here now.

Hey L B Nagar is a good place to live in. You have some very good schools and colleges in here like the English Union School, Bhashyam Public School, Dilsukhnagar Public School and Shanthi Niketan School. Hospitals like OMNI and Kamineni are also prsent in here

3,800 rupees per sq ft for apartments in L B Nagar is a bit too costly actually. The market price in here for apartments is around 2,700 rupees or 2,800 rupees per sq ft. ANd they do not seem to have a lot of facilities too. Im not sure if it is a correct project or not.

I think this project has only 2 bhk and 3 bhk apartments for sale. The built up area of these apartments is around 1200 sq ft for the 2 bhk apartments and the 3 bhk apartments have a built up area of around 1200 sq ft to 1400 sq ft.

Yes, the price of these apartments starts from 46 lakh rupees for the 2 bhk flats and for the 3 bhk apartments, the price is from 50 lakhs to 60 lakhs. It depends on the area of the flat actual. They are charging rs 3,800 per sq ft. it is a littl ebit hefty if you ask me.

The Vaishnavi Xanadu apartments are offering you some basic facilities that are required for living comfortably. You have 24 hour manual security, a play area for kids and power back up in case of power cuts and a intercom facility.

Hey the Vaishnavi Xanadu apartment project is an upcoming project that is in L B Nagar, It is still under construction I think. They arent complete yet and the possession date is said to be in August 2015, If you can wait that long, then you can take a place here.
