No major civic issues here as well. There is a good water supply, as the area has a seperate water tank for itself. and there is no issue of power cuts either. But i heard that there is a little bit of traffic congestion in here. But thats it. :)

Hey there is a plan to widen the roads and clean them. The government has recently sanctioned soe money to widen the areas in this areas so i think this will profit the area a lot in terms of development in the future.

Hey yes, Sharadadevi Nagar is a good place to live in and you can also invest here as the real estate price here is about to see a rise and you maybe able to get some really good profits in the future.

Hey the connectivity to this area is also really good. The Mysore City junction railway Station is only 5 km from here and can be reached by autos or taxis. there are also a lot of city buses that are available form various bus stops in here.

Hey i think the present price for independent houses in here is around 4000 rupees per sq ft. Thats is kind of less compared to the other areas in Mysore, So it is pretty reasonable. It is close to the average in the city.

Hey this Sharadadevi nagar is an upcoming area with lots of options for residential purposes. There are many independent houses here in majority and there are all available for rent or for sale. I think you can get a good 2 bhk house for 3 bhk house for 9,000 rupees to 12,000 rupees per month.

Hey there are many schools for education in case you are lookng for one... and many hospitlas around like vishwapragna High School, And Supreme Convent and Sharada Primary and higher secondary school..And hospitals like Sigma Hospitals, and Bhavani Hospital and Namrata hospital for medical facilities.
