The residential pockets of this locality have mostly the individual houses and villa type properties, Sri Ranga Samudaya Bhavan, i Greens are some of the apartment that you can see in this area. But, you can also find some good projects to the nearby area also.

hey, see, the commercial spaces of this area is quite good here. there are some very good shops, complexes as well as hypermarkets in this area. Some of these good shops i would like to mention are the raymond shop, cafe coffee day, Infusion, Sri Basaveshwara Fancy & Stationary Shop Centre.

Hi guys, you can see, there are some good schools and institutions in this region which are very important for the residential community. See, the Amrita Vidyalayam, Amrita School of Arts and Sciences, Jai Bharath Matha School, Hemavathi School, Shilpa Academy, Okinawa Martial Arts etc are situated here only.

The area of the TK Layout has some good health infrastructure, there are some very good hospitals and clinics in the area. the Adithya Nethralaya, Dhanvith child care, Vinayaka Children's Hospital, Namratha hospital, Shri Nidhi etc are located in this area.

hey, the area of TK Layout is situated near to the Chaduranga Road passes through the middle of the road. The Sahukar Chennaiah Road passes north to the area and you can see that the the New Kantharaj Urs Road is in the southern part of the locality. This road connects to the Vishwamanava double road. So, the connectivity to the city is quite good.
