Raheja Artharva update 2014 dec

Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a 3BHK flat in Raheja Artharva project in second sale. I would like to get your advice on purchasing this flat in second sale? Also, I would like to know the prevailing price of such a flat? Also, What are the future prospects of renting out this flat? Finally, does anyone know the completion timeframe of dwarka expressway project? Thanks, Amit

Any body having any idea regarding the payment plan if this project? I am planning to have an unit for investment proposal . Kindly help me out.

Hi Mr Akash ,

As per my knowledge, the payment plan of this project is like:-
At the time of booking- 10% of BSP,
With in 90 days of booking- 40% of BSP,
On application of occupancy certificate- 35% of BSP,
On receipt of occupancy certificate- 15% of BSP+RC+Stamp duty+Club charge+IFMS+Other charges.
