Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a 3BHK flat in Raheja Artharva project in second sale. I would like to get your advice on purchasing this flat in second sale? Also, I would like to know the prevailing price of such a flat? Also, What are the future prospects of renting out this flat? As per my knowledge, the payment plan of this project is like:-
At the time of booking- 10% of BSP,
With in 90 days of booking- 40% of BSP,
On application of occupancy certificate- 35% of BSP,
On receipt of occupancy certificate- 15% of BSP+RC+Stamp duty+Club charge+IFMS+Other charges.
