Hi Vineet, In case of flat on pre launch offer, please ensure that the payment is not made over and above 20% prior to an Agreement being registered. Your rights will be mentioned in the Allotment letter itself. However it is advisable that a due diligence be done prior to investing in the same.

It has no pipe gas facility also, they are not planning to provide the facility. big hitch . Water is never consistent if it comes the water colour is white and there are absolutely no shops near the bldg., Current is also a major problem. every second day especially fridays current is not there

Prices of a property depend on the locaton, connectivity, basic nearby facilities, proximity to the nearby, schools, colleges, hospitals, malls, bus stop, nearby railway station, markets, banks, ATMs, Aiport etc. If the project is far from the main road the price is lower than the road side property.
So, it seems to me that this project is far from the city crowd and the infrastructural development of the locality is less compare to the other locality of Thane.
