The Amarin villa project has approvals from all the leading banks across India like the State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, AXIS Bank, LIC Housing Board and there are no issues pertaining to loans with regards to this particular project.

Hey guys, let me delve a bit into the specifications of the buildings here. So the structure is made up of Earthquake resistant RCC framed structure with proper foundation as designed by structural consultant. Solid cement blocks for walls are used.

High quality vitrified tiles for living, dining and kitchen are used. while wooden laminate flooring for bed rooms except balconies, work area and toilets are made available. There are no issues regarding the availability of water or the fire safety problems as all the necessary precautions are taken as per Government safety norms. For the water, Borewell and Kerala Water Authority water will be provided as per your requirements.
