Hi guys, the health infrastructure in the area is not that good. Anyway, you can get access to some good hospitals as well as clinics in this area like Jag Therapy, Vijaya Shri Clinic, Dr. Venkatesh's Clinic, Sarathi General Hospital, Sudha Clinic, Manu Homeopathic Clinic, Sai Nursing Home, etc.

Hi guys, see, this area has a very good social infrastructure. You can see a lot of schools and colleges as well as educational institutions near to this locality. Some of the good schools in this locality are Mysore School of Architecture, Arivu School, Kautilya Vidyalaya, Saint Mary's School, SMS School, Mahaveer Vidya Mandir etc.

The University Layout locality is actually located in the Mysore city area within the Mysore corporation limits. The area is situated adjacent to the Ring Road of Mysore. So, the connectivity to most part of the Mysore city is easily possible. There are also link roads connecting the area to the interior part of Mysore.

yeah...this is primarily a residential area, no? It is near to the popular residential areas like Dattagalli, Kanakadasa nagar, Madhuvana layout etc. Most of the property that you find here are individual houses as well as villa type properties in this area.
