Some of the best thing about the locality of Doora is that it is near to the Mysore palace, Mysore zoo, Chamundi Vihar Sports Complex, Karnataka Police Academy, St. Joseph's Cathedral, Mysore dasara Exhibition Grounds etc and some other places of interest in this area.

Hey, see, the area has a good blend of residential localities as well as commercial stuffs in this area. In and near to this area, you can see many apartment project that Brigade Splendown, Sankulpa Mahal, Shree Rama Samudaya Bavana, Vishwa Karma Samudaya Bhavan, Kingsdale Apartment, etc here.

the health infrastructure of this region is quite amazing. This is something you wont expect in any residential locality. There are lots of hospitals around this region like Al Ansaar Hospital, NCC Maternity Hospital, Gopala Gowda Shanthaveri Memorial hospital, Nirmala Hosieries, Sharada Eye Hospital etc.

Doora is a very good locality in Mysore. You know, it is one of the most sought after areas in mysore. You can see that the areas of Mandi Mohalla, Gayathripuram, Jyothi Nagar, Chamundi Vihar Layout, Karanji Layout, Halladakeri, Chamrajpura etc are some of the nearby localities of Doora. From this you could have got an idea that it is an expensive area of mysore.

Yeah..This area also has very good connectivity also. See...The Bangalore Nilgiri Road passes through the western part of the town. The Sawday roads as well as Mahadevapura road pass through the northern side. The Hyderali Road passes through the eastern side. You can also see that the Bannur road intersects the Bangalore Nilgiri highway in this region.
