let me tell you a bit about the price rates of these apartmens. They are all priced the same - Rs 1700 per square foot. So basically you just need to multiply the square foot area of the flat with this psf rate to get the total price of the flat.
Yes I also think that it will be a good investment if you want to buy a flat for a second source of income. Especially lots of single IT professionals around this area, as it is near the Crystal IT park. It will be in demand among them. There are even 2 bhk and 3 bhk flats here, with 900 and 1200 square feet built-up areas.
Yeah I also feel same. The sizes are a bit too small. The 1 bhk sizes is just 600 square ft. I mean if it had been even 800 square feet then it would have been okay by me. But it depends on what your requirements are I guess. This wont be that good a place for families, but for single bachelors it will work just fine.
The units are all standard 1 bhk, 2 bhk, 3 bhk apartments. The project has got home loan approvals from all the leading banks, so it is a safe choice to buy a flat in. The only problem I see is that the units are rather smaller in size.

Ok so these apartments are pretty decent. The project has been developed by Sarthak Estate Developers, you might have heard of them, they have several other projects around Indore. The project is currently under construction, so you'll have to wait sometime to get possession
