Hey there are some schools and colleges in this area if you really want to know. There's Vivekam School, Mahashri Vidya Mandir and children's okay homes like EuroKids and Buds n Cubs. and colleges like Sankara Institute of Management, Kumaraguru College of Technology among others.

Hey this place is great and all but they aren't offering that much on the amenities front you know. All that they have promised as of now is a 24 hour power back up facility and security personnel. Apart form that there is nothing else which is pretty sad.

You know this project has approvals from several banks so there's not much to worry about on that front. Some of the banks that are ready to offer loans are HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Canara Bank, Indian Bank and State Bank of India.

Hey man. Here's some iinfo on the 3 BHk apartments to help you out. The 3 BHK flats are of only one variant which is 1305 sq. feet and its price tag is fixed at Rs. 45.67 lakhs which isn't bad either. The price per square feet is Rs. 3500 in general.
