The connectivity of this place is already good, and its further enhanced by all these bus stands in this locality. There is the Amrutha Bakery Bus stop, there is the Bhramarambha bus stop, the Naidu Store bus stop and the Vivekanandanagar bus stop.

Yes he's right. Why, the Triveni supermarket is also right here on this road. Other types of commercial activities, like shops, restaurants, etc are all here only. For example the Madhuvani Swadeshi Mart is here. Eateries are along the road too.

There is this road passing through this place, called the Deynahundi Main Road. This street is basically the commercial street of the area. All the provision stores, grocery shops etc can be found along this stretch. You will get most things here only

I think you should make note of the hospitals, clinics, etc basically all the healthcare facilities around the place. First of all there is the Sarathi General Hospital here. Also the Poornima Hospital is also here. Couple of clinics are also around here Dr. Venkatesh's Clinic, Sudha clinic, etc

Oh yeah there are definitely more than just those two that you mentioned. There is the Mahaveer Vidya Mandir, the Mercy International School and the St Mary's School. Even the Lasyaranjana School of Dance lies pretty close to this place.

Couple of schools are here in the region, which increase this resindetial value that everyone is talking about. Let me see, there is the BGS Balajagath School, and then the Bruhaspathi Acharya Vidya Samsthe. There are more schools nearby the locality also

I agree with him, it is definitely a residential locality. Just look at the beauriful parks - SBM Park and Madhuvana Park, both lying just along the western border of the locality. And also not to forget the Srirampura water tank, it helps, to lessen the water woes in general

Oh I know what you mean, the state highway no. 88 passes by very close to this place. In fact it is directly connected to this locality. Even the outer ring road lies close to Srinagara, which makes its accessibe to lots of other outskirt localities of the city.
