The area is a high point in commerce also. Most of the residents of this region depend on the commercial facilities that are available near to the road. There you can find some very good shops and all like Thevara Corporation Market, Bike Care, TKS Fruits and Vegetables, Flower Park etc.

Hey, you know what...the health infrastructure of this region is not that good as it is for other infrastructural facilities. Even though, the residents here can depend upon the nearby localities for health care facilities. Saint John's Hospital is very near to this locality. Moreover, you can also find some other hospitals nearby like Corporation Homeo Clinic, Thannikkapilly Homeo Hospital, Chaithanya Eye Hospital and Research Centre, Medical Trust Hospital, Silverline hospital etc.

Hi guys, the connectivity of this locality is quite good. The Pandit Karuppan Road passes through the centre of the locality. There are also some other roads that provide internal connectivity such as Punchiri Lane, Konthuruthy Road, Sudhama Road, Pappu Ashan Road, St. Joseph's Road, Post Office road, etc in this region.

You know, the locality of Mattummal has a good residential set up. Kairali Nagar forms a part of this locality, guys. The types of properties that you can find here in this locality are individual houses only. But, occasionally, you can see some apartments like West Winds, Seiken Sailwind, Uparika Malika, Meritage Homes etc in and around this locality.

Hey, not only these schools, the educational infrastructure is blessed with some good colleges and other educational institutions also in Mattummal. The Sacred Heart College, Thevara College, etc are some of the good colleges here. Here, you can also find the Brilliant Study Centre.

Mattummal is a very popular residential locality near to the the locality of Thevara. You can see that the locality is near to the Thevara Canal. You can see that the area has good connectivity to the nearby areas of Perumanoor, Konthuruthy etc also.
