This locality is a very good residential area. See...you can see some of the apartments in this region. They are Horizon Sundew apartment, Jain Coral Cove apartments, Kalariyil Pushpakam apartment, Apple Cart Apartment etc. Even then, predominant property here is individual houses as well as Villa type apartments.

Yeah. even you know, the hospitals as well as other health infrastructure facilities are good here. Some of the good hospitals that you can find in this region are Nagarjuna Ayurvedic Hospital, Care Clinic, Primary Health Centre, Lakeshore Hospital, BHI Lakeshore etc.

Hey, exactly the same for the social infrastructure. Every residential locality must have some good social infrastructure here. You can see some good schools here like St. Maria Goretti Public School, SVUP School, Kala Chethana. Some other schools nearby are Government Fisheries High School, Sacred Heart CMI Public School, Gregorian Public School etc.

I think one of the high points in this locality is its connectivity. The Salem-Kochi-Kanyakumari Highway passes through this locality. Kundannoor Willingdon Island Road passes through this locality. You can see the Nettoor Railway station in this locality which connects to various parts of Ernakulam and other districts in Kerala.

Hey there, In my opinion...Nettoor is undoubtedly a very good location. In fact..as you can see, it is a part of the Maradu area. The peninsular lagoon type area is near to Madavana, Thevara, Kundannoor etc as well as Maradu.
