Hey and due to the Western Bypass road, i think the real estate sector in this area will see some increase and the rates may go up actually. So this probably is a nice time to invest in this area right now.

Hey, the Government has recently announced that there is a Western Bypass road that is being built in the city of Coimbatore. And this Western Bypass road is coming up in the area of Kanuvai actually. So i think this will bring about a lot of development in this area actually.

There is a problem of garbage disposal in this area actually. here is a canal that runs through the locality and it is actually is a pathetic state and it need cleaning. i suggest you do not take a place anywhere near this canal.

Hey there are some independent houses that are for sale in here as well. The price for the indepedent houses in here is starting at rupees 3,000 rupees or 3,200 rupees per s ft. so you can be able to get a good 2 hk house for around 35 lakhs .

Actually, the Coimbatore CIty Junction is not that far from here, it is only around 12 km away, and there are many state run buses that will take you to the other parts of the city if you are a person who has to travel a lot.

Hey, It does have some good residential units and all but there are no medical facilities that are available nearby. In case of an emergency, you have to go all the way till Marudhumalai road or the Mettupalyam road where you have hospitals like Abhishek Hospital, Umadevi hospital or the Prathiban Hospital

Hey kanuvai is away from the city's hustle and all that noise so it is a perfect place to stay and reside in with your family. There are good schools also around like the Yuva Bharathi High School, Keartiman Matricultion High school and Holy Cross School.

The present price for the residential land in Kanuvai is around 1500 rupees pr 1600 rupees per sq ft, so i think you will be able to get some property in here for around 22 lakhs or so. And this place is a good place to invest in too, so just think about it.

Hey the area of kanuvai is just a developing locality. but it is a good place to reside in actually. there is a lot of land that is available in this area and you can buy some land in here in case you want to invest in some property here.
