Hi guys, along with these developments, you can see that the commercial infrastructure is also quite impressive. Along the National Highway, you can see some very good shops, hypermarkets and all, such as the Raymond Shop, New Time House, Kerala Automobiles, Indus Motors, Popular Automobiles, Alisha Bags etc.

The same thing applies to the health infrastructure of this area. You can see some very good hospitals and clinics in this region. Some of the good ones are Dr. Joys Hospital for women and children, Kurias Earth Multispeciality hospital, Vasan Eye Care, Mother & Child Hospital, etc.

The infrastructure of this are is quite good. You can see that the connectivity to various parts of the city is very easily possible. The Thykoodam Bridge as well as the Chembakkara Bridge are here only. The Ettumanoor Ernakulam Road as well as the Salem Kochi Kanyakumari Highway is located in this area only.

In fact, even if you talk about the social infrastructure of this region also, it is quite good. There are some good schools and educational institutions here like Christ King Convent School, Cute Institute of Fashion Designing, St. Thomas School, Soure Missionarie Dell' Incarnazione school, Toc H Public School, Vishwapadmam Public School etc.

Yeah, it is true that the predominant type of property are individual houses. but, if you are looking for an apartment to settle down here, I am sure, you wont be disappointed with that either. There are some very good apartments in this area like Star Homes, Jain Tower, Dawson Vihar, JJ Gardens Apartment, VM Crown Apartment etc.

Thykoodam is a quite good locality which is located in the western part of Kochi near to Vytilla and Thrippunithara localities. This is largely a residential hub. Mostly the properties in this locality include individual houses as well as villa type houses only.
