As per my knowledge, this Hallmark Emerald is one of the most popular residential development in Chettipunyam, Chennai. This project is located in one of the prime location with decent residential environment. This project offers 1BHK & 2 BHK apartment , area ranging from 710sq-ft to 1121 sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around June 2016. Builder quoted price is around 3650/sq-ft. Construction work is on full swing. This project is being built by L&T.

Hallmark builder is one of the renowned developer in Chennai and Hallmark Emerald is now of the good project to invest in Chennai . as far as construction status is concerned its is developed upto 60 % of the project and expected to get possession in mid 2016.
