In my experience Hallmark's construction quality is very good. Their projects are bang for the buck if it is for your own use. However I would not recommend them for investment purposes unless you can manage the renting out yourself which in most cases is very hard considering the location of the flat. If you rent it through Hallmark you will have a very hard time collecting rent. Talk to any of their previous projects customers about the rental thing before you make a decision (I am sure they will caution you not to do it if you expecting any returns from the investment). This whole rental thing might sound very attractive but it's a scam unless you are willing to manage it yourself. Also be prepared for a delay in completion (atleast 2 years) and incomplete amenities while handing over which I guess is true with most builders in Chennai.
Hi ananth, current the price of this project is rs 3999 per sq/ft and 2bhk unit cost you around Rs 39 lakh. project seen very good in terms of location, statically situated in GST NH 45 near to toll gate crossing.

@Gurmeet: The project is located in the Chettipunniyam, GST Road NH45 before the Toll Gate and Chengalpattu, next to the RTO office, it is within walking distance of Paranur Railway Station and right opposite Mahindra World City. Yes there are schools and colleges as well.
Hey Javed, the expected completion date will be by june 2016. The project is located Opp Mahindra World City, Chettipunyam, GST Road. The area is good for investments as well.
@Vivek: The units such as 1bhk and 2bhk is available. The price for 1bhk is around Rs 27 lakhs onwards for 710 Sq.ft, and for 2bhk it would be Rs 35 lakhs for 942 Sq.ft.
