Hey, even though all these facilities are there, there are some specific problems also in this area. There are some problems relating to sewage facilities in New Kudumbi Colony. Now certain plans are going on to set up a sewage treatment plant there. but, its not there right now. again, there are some problems with the bridge as the level difference between the bridge and the road is creating problem mostly to motorists. Robbery and theft is also a major issue there.

we can see a downward trend in the price these days. So, this is a good oportunity to buy land there. i could know from a friend that the average price of a flat is rs 3568 per sq ft. For individual houses, avg. per sq. ft price is rs. 5433. for plots, the price has slightly increased to 1678 rupees. This is actually the price in the Quarter 3 of 2013, but i dont know the price in 2014.

The connectivity of the region is quite good here. The region of new Kudumbi is very near to the SA Road. This gives better connectivity to the rest of the regions in Kochi. The SA road has also another benefit as it connects to the Salem-Kochi-Kanyakumari region that makes the connectivity even better.
