Exactly guys, As you can see, most of the property that you would find here are individual houses and serviced villas. The apartment projects are also well developed in this region. There are many project here like the Galaxy Regent, Palm Grove, Pearls Garden veiw, Galaxy Clifford, Ashisham, Shanti Homes, etc. in this region.

You know, the locality of Chilavannur is very near to some of the prominent localities in Kochi. You can see that the area is near to Kadavanthra, Nethaji Nagar, Neptune Country, Elamkulam and Vyttila regions. So, you can call this region a prime location for staying in Kochi.

I think the health infrastructure of this region is quite good. You can see that the Silverline Hospital is one of the popular hospitals that you can see in this region. There are also other hospitals that the residents depend on such as Giridhar Eye hospital, Ayurved Hospital etc.

I think that the western side of the locality has some very good social development, Especially near to the area of Giri Nagar. There you can see some of the popular schools and educational institutions of this region like T.I.M.E, Institute of Physics, Eurokids International Pre School, SIP Kadavanthra, Valsan Memorial International School.

Near to the SA road, you can see some good shops and hypermarkets as well as showrooms like Pant House, Mahindra motors showroom, Sheejas IT Mall, Kattithara traders, Pink Shop, Nike Factory Store, Popular Bajaj Showroom, Max shopping centre etc.

Chilavannur is a very good locality to stay guys...You know, one of the high points of this locality is the connectivity of this region. You know the Chilavannur road goes through the centre of the localtiy. This connects to the SA Road eventually providing smooth connectivity to the rest of the city.

Exactly. this is the reason for the development of this region. The point of intersection of the SA road and the Chilavannur road is a high point of commerce. You can see a lot of shops and other commercial wholesale and retail outlets here. There are also other shops to the interior parts also.
