looking to buy 3bhk

Q: I am looking to buy a 3BHK flat . This is for my self not for investment . I am interested in location where i can find good school for kids and and all basic thing . My budget is 50 - 60 lacks , I can wait for 2 year for possession .

But those looking for premium projects prefer buying at Boat Club Road, Bhosle Nagar, Model Colony, Prabhat Roada and Senapati Bapat Road with the prices of apartments starting from Rs 10000/sq-ft and going up as high as Rs 20000/sq-ft.

Hi,
Nyati Elan is a new launch by Nyati Group in Wagholi, Pune. I went to its launch and they were offering a rate of 3990/sq-ft even after negotiation the builder was not ready to come down below 3900/sq-ft rate. Is this a fair deal? Should I go for it? The builder is good as they have a good track record. I have also heard that the current metro plan till Ramwadi Naka will be further extended all the way to Kharadi-Hadapsar bypass. This is eventually going to help Wagholi. So, what do you suggest? Should I go ahead with the current deal?
