Structure of the buildings here will be RCC with 4 to 6 inch blocks used to construct the walls. Exterior painting will have emulsions while interior pantings will be smooth finish with OBD. Flooring will be done with Marble and ceramin tiles on all the rooms.

This project still has a lot of time to be completed as the builders have quoted that the building will be completed and will be offered to move into from the March of 2016, which is a little more than 2 years away.

The 4 BHK villas here are having the domensions of 1600 sq. feet and their prices are on the top of the list at Rs. 40 lakhs which again is really really cheap. All those amenities and a 4 BHK villa at this price is highly impossible to be believe.

A lot of good amenities too are available which is really interesting because of the costs and the amazing offerings. It will have a garden, a 24 hour power back up facility, a car parking area, a children's play area, health facilities among others.

3 BHK villas are also available and are priced at Rs. 31.25 lakhs which is actually very surprising. The built up are will be 1200 sq. feet which is the exact dimension of a full site. Price per sq. feet remains the Rs. 2600 which is the same.

This villa project will have 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK abodes designed to give a rich feel to the house while keeping it cost effective. The 2 BHK villas will have 900 square feet of built up area with the price tag at JUST Rs. 22.50 lakhs, meaning the price pers s. feet is about Rs. 2600.

Hello, Montag Villas is located near Noor College on NH 7. This is a gated community built by Montag Infrastructure Private Limited. who have four other ongoing projects in Mumbai and Hyderabad and also have operating offices in botht these cities.
