Q: I want to buy a 2-BHK flat in a multistorey apartment preferably in the sectors 74/75/76/77/78 in Noida and looking for a project which should be ready in next six to twelve months (max). My budget is 40-42 lakhs. Please let me know about the prospective projects in those areas and also the rental returns.
