i have finally booked a flat in summitt recently and have got all the legal documents verified by my lawyer and he has given me a go ahead with a written opinion stating " the present owners of the property have a valid and marketable title to the property and the POA holders can convey a valid and marketable title to third party purchasers" all the survey nos have been mentioned in the written opinion, there are 6 owners, the total land being 14 acres and one half guntas
Is there a community of summitt owners which I can join. I have recently booked a flat there. Please let me know if there is a group on facebook or commonfloor. I have sent request to one such group but no one has accepted.

The project has been approved by BDA. You can take loan from banks like SBI, HDFC and LIC. If the builder has promised that they are going to provide OC and CC, then definitely they will provide. You can check with their past project if they have provided those documents.
In some forums it has been mentioned that to ensure OC you should get the same in writing... A Khata and OC shall be given by builder must be mentioned in writing in the Sale Agreement. Can you tell me what clause needs to be put. Also does shriram properties - Shriram summit has the following documents in place...
