I booked two apartments in Klazina Gateway Towers two months back. Today is got the Demand Letter for Completion of Ground Floor Roof Slab. It is pretty fast. Did anyone else also got the demand letter?

According to me, Klazina Gateway residency project is located in of the prime location where return of investment is very good. This project has plots ,area ranging from 1080 sq-ft to 1800 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 800/sq-ft. In an addition to residential plots , here we can get plots for commercial investment also.

As per my knowledge, some of the independent agencies have already started referring to the region as Greater Gurgaon. Some of the driving factors of demand for rise in demand of such developments are already in place. And , it will not only cater to the Industrial Developments in S-N-B but also to the ones in Bawal, Haryana.
