i am considering investing in Ozone Metrozone Chennai. Please advise me about the financial strength of the Ozone group

Hi Guys,
I heard Anna Nagar is one of the costliest area in Chennai. I am planning to invest on this location. I am new to real estate market. So is this location that much famous in Chennai ? Kindly share some info about this location .

As per my knowledge, Anna Nagar is actually one of the most popular & costliest area in Chennai. Anna Nagar boasts an established social and civic infrastructure. Police Stations, street lights, Fire Stations, reputed schools, colleges, government colleges, private hospitals, malls and local markets help in boosting the property value of this place.

As per my knowledge, it is one of the top three developed cities of Chennai and the only locality resembling the standard addressing system followed in the western world. All types of housing such as residential houses, multi-storey apartments and serviced apartments along with good sewage and drainage system are found in the locality.

According to me, two major bus terminals include Anna Nagar East terminus located near Anna Nagar Roundtana and Anna Nagar West Terminus situated on the hundred feet road. The latter is the biggest bus terminus in Chennai city. Closeness to Chennai Airport and Chennai Central Railway station makes Anna Nagar a popular residential option.

In my point of view, this project is around 1km away from Chennai Public School. Robin Hospital is 1.4km away from this project. Mega mart super market is around 1.3km from this project. Builder quoted price is around 10500/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around December 2016.
