Absolutely, after a 5-year delay, we are in 2019 they are yet to handover my apartment. They do not honour the penalties they have to incur as a result of delayed(not months, years and years) handover etc. I have invested with several other builders like Prestige, they are fabulous. Will never recommend this builder nor will ever make further investments with these cheats.
I would suggest going with some other builder, as Metrozone has too many complaints from consumers about their delayed completion rate, sub par construction and bad trade practices. i also heard that there many cases pending to filed against them in consumer court it seems. their higher management team keeps changing, making supervision of quality of construction nearly impossible.
@Pranab: The expected completion date will be by dec 2016. Anna Nagar is very well located area at Chennai. It is close to Main Road near by upcoming Thirumangalam Metro Train Station has good connectivity to all major important places of the City. It is very good idea to have investments here.
