Well Ravindra, Company CEO, Kalele said that the company has a total land bank of 50 million sq-ft in and around Pune. The prices range for the 13 projects that the company sheme to launch will be from Rs 4500 to Rs 15000/ sq-ft, while delivery will take place over the next 2-3 yrs.
And it is also heard that with these 13 projects the company will create a supply of over 6000 homes between FY15- FY17. They have already delivered 8000 apartments and invested Rs 2000 crore in the last 3 yrs. In the next 3 yrs, their plan is to double the part of investment. They will also combine their presence in Pune, Mumbai, Goa and Bangalore before moving to other cities
Pune-based real estate player Kolte Patil Developers is planning to invest over Rs 3000-3500 cr in 13 new projects. It will It develop over 6-8 million sq-ft area in the next 3 years. Around 80% of the funds will be raised through internal accruals while rest through construction finance and equity.
