Latest Answer: have booked here in 2014 and papers and loans are cleared. Possesion promised is dec 17 but in agreement developer adds a clause that possesion is 36 months after full payment. My oversight that I saw later, but basically developer gives agreement for 2019 possesion if you calculate 36 months from 2016.

In trinity tower within first few months of construction huge problems with flush, waterlines and elevators.. Flooring in many rooms is cracked and there is an open sewage canal running through the property. Also look for dengue cases in Kharadi and sky villa comes first
