Alwal has a lot of residential housing units as well, and it is a calm and quiet residential area, If you are interested in this area, then the guidance value of this place is around 2,500 rupees per sq ft.
If you are taking a look at the guidance value of some very prominent area arount the IT hub like Kondapur, then I think that the prices in here will be way higher than that of he other areas. I think in Kondapur, the value of land is around 3,400 rupees per sq ft.
Sainikpuri is another good residential locality as well. It is pretty calm and is well connected with the city. The price in here is slightly higher than the other localities, I think it is around 2,700 rupees per sq ft.
Malkajgiri is a pretty developed area, so the price in this area is higher than that of the other areas around and also, it is very populated, like the guidance value for this area is around 2,600 rupees per sq ft.
I am not so sure, but for the guidance value for areas around A S rao Nagar, where the place is pretty developed is around rupees 2,400 rupees per sq ft . So i think that areas like these are good invest in right now.
So if you look at the areas in Hyderabad like Moosarambagh, then you will find that the guidance value in here is lower as compared to the other areas, so I think it is around 1,900 rupees per sq ft.
I live in Dilsukhnagar and I can tell you that the the price set by the government in here for the area of Dilsukh nagar has gone up tremendously as more and more people are seeking property in here. In this area, the price is around 2,700 rupees per sq ft for low range houses and or higher range houses, the price is around 3,400 rupees per sq ft.
When you take a look at the major residential localities in hyderabad like Kukatpally, you wil see that the guidance value set in here has increased than the previous years, So like I said, In Kukatpally, the guidance value is around 3,200 rupees per sq ft.
I think the guidance value for prominent areas like Hi tech city is set a t a higher scale than that of the other localities as there is a larger scope for soem major establishments and returns in this place. In hi tech city, I think the guidance value is around 4,000 rupees per sq ft i think.
I have recently acquired some property in the Bowenpally residential area, and during my research I have found that the value of land in here is close to rupees 2,200 rupees per sq feet. So the cost of the residential layouts in this place starts from 2,200 rupees and in case of apartments and all, the price is around 2,500 rupees per sq ft as well.
Kompally is an area where there has been some recent development in terms of housing units and residential projects, and as this area is a little far away from the city, the guidance value that is set by the government in here is around 2,300 rupees per sq ft to 2,400 rupees per sq ft.
I can give you some information about the Guidance value of some localities. For example, if you take some upcoming localities like Erragadda or Sanath Nagar, which have the advantage of being located along the National Highway ( national Highway No 9), then the guidance value for places like these is around 3,500 to 4,300 rupees per sq ft.
