Information about best places to buy property in Coimbatore
Q: Hi, i'm looking for a residential property in Coimbatore, and being new in the city, i have no idea as to which locality to choose. Can some localities help me with information about which locality would be better for families?
People planning with huge investment can plan in Thiruchi road , especially on Hopes , Nehru Nagar, Vellankurichi, Ganapathy even singanallor ondipudur.
on the northern side, its better to go with Saravanambatti, Koundambalayam, Thudiyalur, Kanuvai , Pannimadai & even Karamadai as the upcoming Bypass is planned connecting these places.
For the Low budgets , Planning on Thamarakolam, Kovil palayam, Kinathukadavu , Karanampettai , Karadivavi , Sulthanpettai is the very best place as these are outskirts of Coimbatore
Vadavalli Thondambuthur , RSPuram , Flower is again the best place to invest as these are the core places where you have the metro projects piled up
Hi if anybody can let me know about sundapalayam and kalikanayakan palayam which is of thondamuthur main road would be a preferrable area with high sale value in upcoming future ????
Thadagam road is definitely a good area! Everything you want is either there in the area or very close to area. There are many parks also. So, very comfortable and easy living in this area.
Hello, At present stage, Sathy Road is the fast developing area in Coimbatore, the reason being that Tamil Nadu Government has announced Textile Park in 2200 acres which will generate minimum 15,000 employment opportunities. So i think that investing in this area would be a wise choice for you.
If you are looking for a proper residential locality, i would suggest you look into Nehru Nagar. Located in the north eastern parts of the locality, the area has decent infrastructure and is also close to the airport. Also the average rate is Rs 17,600 per sq ft.
From personal experience, i think that you would really appreciate Karamadai. Situated at a distance from the city, the locality has plenty of vacant plots, and thus plenty of purchasing options. The current average price for properties in the area are Rs 4500 per sq ft.
See there are various factors involved in the selection of a property, and locality is one of the biggest decisions. Ganapathy is amongst the biggest localities in the city, and has plenty of real estate potential. With an average rate of around Rs 25000, i think you will benefit by purchasing a property there.
In my opinion Thudiyalur is a pretty decent locality. Situated in the north western parts of the city, the area is well developed both infrastructure vice, and connectivity vice. Also you should know that the average price in the locality is Rs 10,800 per sq ft.
Vilankurichi is also one of the good localities in the city, and has an average rate of Rs 17000 per sq ft. Located in the northern parts of the city, the area is pretty decent, for both living there, and buying a property, and selling it in the future.
Hi, since Coimbatore is a big city, it will be impossible to pin point one locality as the best one, but since i have been living in Kovai Pudur for a long time, i think this locality is one of the best. With an average price of Rs 8.700 , think the locality is a catch.
Another locality that might give you value for money is Kalapatti. Situated in the north eastern regions of the city, the area has many upcoming residential projects being constructed. Also the average price per sq ft is Rs 8000, which is pretty great.
Coimbatore has literally dozens of places that i would recommend for purchasing a property in. One of them is Avinashi Road, situated in the eastern region of the city. Currently the average price per sq ft is Rs 14,400, which should tell you something about the demand for real estate in the locality.
Thanks for all the information that you guys are providing. I just wanted to ask if anyone can tell me about Sulur locality? A friend told me it's good.
Hey, i think that your friend is right. Sulur is a pretty decent locality, which is situated in the eastern parts of the city, and has a decent state of infrastructure. So i don't think you would regret purchasing a property there. The average rate is Rs 6000 sq ft.
