Hi, The project looks good and is also GHMC Approved and the price quoted by the builders seems interesting. If you are looking for loans you can get it from corporation bank, state bank of india and also ICICI bank.

Hey, A 2BHK in Maitri will cost you upto 25 lakh and if you are looking for an even bigger apartment a 3BHK will cost around 36 lakh. The plots are quite spacious a 3bhk is 1450 sq.ft and a 2bhk is 970 sq. ft.

Hi, if you are planning to shift to Hyderabad next year, the neotech maitri will be an excellent choice. The apartments are still under consrtuction and will only be ready by next year. The possession dates for the apratments is April,2015.
