I have information about apartments in Nandha Nagar, If you are searching for an apartment in the area. A decent 2/3bhk apartment with a sq. ft area of 850 to 1600 sq.ft will cost you around 22 lakhs to 43 lakhs in total. But the amenities around the place will make it worth your money.

If you are looking for an apartment in Nandha Nagar, I would suggest that investing in the property would be good idea because the real estate prices for the locality are rising day by day. Currently I was looking for a place there and the price per sq. ft is Rs.4500 to Rs.5500.

Nandha Nagar is one of the decent localities to live in. Some builders have already put up projects in and around the locality and the rest are still under construction. A number of gated communities have come up, some of them are Vekashree Villas, Tulip apartments, PGP village apartments etc

Trichy road is just 10 mins walk from the loaclity which connects it to the hub and Just 5 kms from the place is Coimbatore-Nagapattinam Highway, which connects it to different cities like Salem and kanyakumari.

Some of the railway stations that are really close to Nandha nagar are Singanallur railway station and Irugur railway station. However, the most accessible railway station to Nandha nagar is Coimbatore junction railway station. Which connects coimbatore to other cities.

Nandha nagar is a really good locality to live in, the nearest bus station to the locality is Coimbatore junction, which is just situated 8 kms from the place and has good connectivity to other destinations. The intra-city buses operate to nandha nagar from different parts of town.
