Whitefield: Around 150 new projects are coming up in this locality in next two years and also there are properties available in the secondary market in various price range. The rental market is also good in this locality.

Electronic City: E City is seeing development from some big developers which is attracting buyers to invest. The area has over 100 residential projects coming up in the next couple of years.

Hebbal: It is one of the gems of Bengaluru realty which gained buyer interest because of zero water woes. The real estate market is growing in this locality because of good connectivity, self-contained infrastructure and proximity to tech parks are other factors. Currently, the area has over 25 projects offering properties in a wide budget range.
