Hi,
Did you paid your last installment? One last time you should talk to the builder for OC. If you are getting the same reply, write a mail to him and take the mail copy with you for further action.

File complaint against builder before consumer forum for deficiency in service and to obtain OC . It is builder job to get OC.

If your building doesn't have OC then no bank will sanction loans. You pay more for water and other municipal services.
