Yeah..that's about the population..no..good..moreover, if you are a regular traveller by train or flight, then, I would like to mention the nearest airport as well as the railway station here. Angamaly railway station is at 10 km from here. But, ernakulam junction south railway station is more popular one. It is 42 km from here. The Nedumbassery Cochin International Airport is also very near to this area..Only 10 km from here.

You know, Manjapra is called a green village. The entry point of the town from four part is also good in farming. The people in this green area are also very much into dairy and cattle rearing. Crops like snake beans, bananas, bitter melon, nutmeg, pepper, tapioca, etc are cultivated here. Youths in the village are mostly into professions like IT professionals, nurses, doctors, teachers, technicians, etc.

Some of the people here are into agriculture. Most people have land here. The price for plots is lot cheaper than the case of houses. For plots, it is very less here. only 100 rs. per square feet for agricultural land and around 350 rs per square feet for residential plots.

Hi there, this region near to Angamaly and Kalady. Chandrappura and Vadakkumbhagam are the main business centres here. It has high demands for the individual houses and villa type houses. In this region, the price of an individual house is around rs. 2000 to 3000 per square feet. Sometimes even more.

If you wanna know about the health infrastructure of this region, then I think, I can tell you a bit more in detail. The health infrastructure is quite well established here. There you can see many good hospitals like Dr. Antoo's Hospital, Government Homeo Dispensary, Jivadhara Institute of Neuro Development and Research, Homeo Dispensary in Kunnilangady, Government Hospital, MAGJ Hospital etc.

The connectivity is a high point in this locality according to my opinion. Angamali Manjapra Road provides connectivity to this region. This area is near to Salem Kochi Kanyakumari Highway and the Main central road. And there are also some other link roads in this area lik ethe Karppilikavu Kuthukallu Road, kalady Manjapra Road, Holy Cross Church road etc that provides connectivity to the inner localities.

One of the highlights is the Cochin International Airport. You see, there is very good connectivity. It is just 10 kilometres from here and is easily accessible via the Kariyad- airport - Mattor road, and Kalady Manjapra road

Manjapra is a very good locality to stay in Kochi. It is near to the area of Kalady and Thavalappara. Some other good localities that you can see around the region of Manjapra are Kollakode, Neeleshwaram, Kalambattupuram, Nettinampilly, Santhipuram, Thuravoor, Mookkannoor, Anappara, Muringedath Para etc.
